THE DREAM:

To live and let live. It’s pretty short and simple but...

THE STRUGGLE:

I mean, I definitely think for everyone it’s just learning, you know, what does it look like to live well, and I don’t necessarily mean financially. Wherever it is that you live, what does that look like? So, you know, what does emotional well being look like, what does physical well being look like, what does spiritual well being look like? I think a lot of people live the way they think they should be living or the way they see others living, you know, they’re looking at others’ quality of lives and kind of comparing their lives to that, and it’s like, no, what does it look like for you. So, I think that is, I mean, at the heart of what we are – we as a people, “we” people in general – are looking for.

WHAT I DO:

I’m in PR. I’m in public relations. And in terms of hobbies, it runs the gambit. I run; I do taekwondo, which is Korean martial arts – second-degree black belt; and I crossfit.

WHY I DO:

Part of it, I mean, they’re all stress relievers, which, I mean, I love my job, but it can be stressful sometimes. But I also love being fit, physically fit, and that just helps in terms of mental health, I think, for me.
