THE DREAM:

The dream would be like no one would give a flying f*** about the next person – excuse my language. Yeah, people can just exist and live as freely and authentically as they choose to without feeling fear from the environment around them.

THE STRUGGLE:

The struggle is always for equality I guess, on some level or another, especially when you talk about people of color and black people in this country, like speaking from personal experience. POC folks, gender non-conforming, trans, seemingly masculine, whatever, seemingly feminine… there’s always a struggle to like exist outside of the normalcy of it all.

WHAT I DO:

I do fundraising for an organization called Safe Horizon and I’m also on the board for another organization called Fierce.

WHY I DO:

I do community philanthropy and grassroots fundraising because I believe that a lot of community money should be put into organizations that support their lives whether it’s shelters or advocacy groups, all that stuff like that. You get like a better buy in from community members when they’re able to, like, fund causes that mean something to them.
